Smoothies Recipes for Summer


In summer, there is nothing more refreshing than a small smoothie! To do two things at once, here are three ideas for smoothie recipes that give fishing and that helps us get through the day without any sudden fatigue.


A boost in the morning
Smoothies are not only reserved for the hungry of the afternoon and can be very suitable for breakfast lunch to give you a great shot of boost and wake you in the best ways. Ingredients  : 
• 100 g cheese. 
• 1 peach (peeled). 
• 1 tablespoon raspberry. 
• 1/2 banana. 
• 1/2 lemon juice. 
• 2 teaspoons almond. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix everything! Drink very fresh, it is always better and it will give you more pep! Tip  : the day before, soak your almonds in source water, your smoothie will come out better!



A smoothie if hungry

Instead of snacking on junk food, which is not good for your line and your health, drink a home smoothie . Indeed, smoothie usually has a stodgy effect and can easily fill you up until dinner time. Ingredients  :
• 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
• 1 tablespoon of oat bran
• 10 cl coconut milk • 1/2 banana
• 1 natural yogurt
• 1/2 teaspoon of honey
• 2 ice cubes Add all these ingredients in a blender and mix everything. Drink fresh! Good to know  : This recipe is also suitable for sports enthusiasts smoothies!




Collect with a smoothie

After a workout, your body is dehydrated and we have an important thirst. After drinking a glass of water, why not cool off with a smoothie  ? It does buy you throw the bag of chips open in your closet or call pizza delivery? Ingredients  : 
• 100g pitted cherries 
• 100 g strawberries 
• 50 g muesli 
• 1 natural yogurt Add all ingredients in a blender and mix everything before eating fresh straw.
